Previously, designers of furniture ordinarily worked for royalty, the nobility, landowners and rich retailers and so weren't constrained by the limits of Room, economic climate, or perhaps practicality that inhibit the up to date designer. In fact, functionality was not the very first consideration and interiors did not often have to be sensible.1
